Ideal Power Tools has tied up with many technology-enabled logistics providers. The order will be delivered to your doorstep using our partners. The delivery might take 5-14 days depending on the order quantity and the serviceability of the area.
An SMS and an email with the shipment information will be sent to you as soon as you place an order. You can use the shipment information to track the order on the courier company's website to see the current status of the order. Please note tracking information may not be available for all carriers.
Usually, it takes less than 7 working days to get your order delivered, but for heavy items and orders in bulk, it might take a bit longer depending on the serviceability and the availability of goods.
No, we do not offer returns. Returns are only accepted when Replacing a product.
Yes, we do offer replacement under the following conditions:
  1. Wrong order
  2. Defective or damaged product

The replacement has to be initiated within 7 days of receiving the order. The replacement request will be processed only after we have verified the product which was returned to assess the claims regarding any defect or damage. Please note that we shall not be making replacement when the product is found to be damaged due to fault of the purchaser.
Note: We may ask you to provide us with all necessary proofs, if required, for authenticity and verification of purchase and complaint. All replacement approvals will be as per our sole discretion.
Returns are accepted only if you have started the process of replacement, as per the conditions given above.

Any order placed through the Website can ONLY be canceled by the Company prior to shipping for reasonable reasons such as unserviceable pin code, etc.

Upon any cancellation of the Order, the refund shall be processed in accordance with these Terms and any such policy of the Company. The amount shall be refunded back to your bank account or to any such medium, which was used for the particular transaction.
Ideal Power Tools can cancel the order for various reasons such as:
  1. Product out-of-stock
  2. Area for delivery not serviceable
  3. Incomplete address
  4. Other reasons based on Ideal Power Tools’ business discretion
If accepted and the order put for replacement is returned successfully and checked, we will initiate the replacement order from our end. You can track your replacement order status using your order page. You will also be updated regularly using different channels like SMS and email.
Replacement of an entire order is not compulsory in this case. You can return one or many items in your order.
Most Ideal products can be easily repaired if there is a reasonable wear and tear due to proper and regular use. You may get in touch with our customer service and we will be able to guide you on how you can avail these services.
There are NO refunds provided for any successful transaction that can be fulfilled. However, refunds may be provided as per the Cancellation and Replacement Policy and will be enforceable as mentioned in the Terms of Service.
We ensure buyer protection and your money is safe. We initiate the refund process as soon as we receive your refund details.
If you have received a mail from us confirming your refund request then rest assured that we have initiated your refund request and are following up with financial organisations for the same. Sometimes financial organisations take a longer time to process the refund request. However, if the refund hasn't happened by the date we promised, you can contact us. We will gladly help you.
Your payment is secured. In case of prepaid orders (paid through credit card/debit card/net banking), the amount is refunded in the same account that you had made payment from within 7-10 working days.
